Main targets of advising and how to achieve:
- Increase in sales of alcoholic beverages, mainly of wine as well as the turn over of the hole consuming area of “customer”
- Increase the average time of stay per guest in the consuming area
- Higher profit in the beverage sector by forcing of high margin products like wine
- Partial fix costs per glass of wine are similar to a glass of bier but the margin of a glass of wine is 3 to 4 times higher!

The company Terainvest provides the administration, business network, financing and organization structure behind “The Culinary Association” of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
It’s responsible director Mr. Ljubomir Vujević and his partner Dipl. Ing. Sebastian Lerchl, are managing the young company.
